The Tetín Appeal was initiated by a group of citizens from the municipality of Tetín who share a common vision: to preserve the good heritage that we have in Europe and pass it on to future generations. We believe that nothing great is achieved overnight – and likewise, our effort is a journey that requires patience, openness, and cooperation.
We are a non-partisan initiative seeking to reach out to all people of goodwill across the Europe. We believe that Europe can become stronger and more united if citizens and politicians come together in the search for shared values and common goals. This is why we have formulated the Tetín Appeal for a United States of Europe – a symbol of a long-term vision for the future of our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren…
At the beginning, our activities are supported by the non-profit organization Horizont HG 2014, z.ú. If we succeed in gathering more voices and building wider support, we aim to open a dialogue with representatives at the level of the entire European Union and Europe as a whole. We believe that we will also find strong political figures who will embrace this idea and help bring it to life.
Our goal is not quick success, but lasting change that will contribute to a better future for everyone. Because the Tetín Appeal is not just about us – it is about Europe, its citizens, and the generations that will come after us.
